Refund Policy
Effective Draft — 2026-09-25
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. This policy explains when you can get a refund for a Sellery subscription.
1. Try it free first
Every new account gets free credits, so you can create real results before you pay. We recommend trying the features you need on the free tier first.
2. Refunds within 14 days
- 1.You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, or within 14 days of a renewal payment, if you have not used any of the credits granted for that payment.
- 2.If you have used some of those credits, we review requests case by case and may offer a partial refund, for example when the service did not work as described.
- 3.Annual plans: within the same window, the same rules apply to the annual payment.
- 4.Refunds for accounts that break our Terms of Service, or requests that show signs of abuse, may be declined.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period, and you keep your plan and remaining credits until the period ends. If you also want a refund for the current period, request it as described below.
4. Failed or faulty tasks
If a task fails because of an error on our side, no credits are charged, or any credits already used are refunded automatically. If you believe credits were used incorrectly, contact us and we will check and restore them.
5. How to request a refund
- 1.Email axlab@crea-m.com with the email address you used to sign up or pay, and your order number (in your Paddle receipt), or request it through paddle.net.
- 2.Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- 3.When a refund is issued, the plan for that payment ends and its credits are removed.
6. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, Switzerland or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction and get a full refund. For a subscription, this applies to your first payment, not to later renewals. In the UK, an annual plan gets a new 14-day period each time it renews.
Sellery is a digital service. Once you have started using the credits from a payment, having agreed that we start the service right away and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal, that right no longer applies to that payment, to the extent the law allows. If you have not used any of those credits, you can still withdraw within the 14 days.
To withdraw, use the withdrawal option in the Paddle customer portal (the “Manage subscription” link in your receipt) or go to paddle.net. Paddle refunds withdrawals within 14 days of your request.
Consumers in some other countries have similar rights, for example a 7-day cancellation right in South Korea, Brazil, China and Canada. Paddle applies these under Paddle's Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
