01What sizes are supported?
You can use Square (1:1) · Wide (2:1) · App push. We started with the sizes most requested for promos.
02Can I reopen a banner I made?
Saved banners go to your library. Reopen and edit anytime.
03Remove the background first?
No need. A cutout looks cleaner, but background removal uses 0 credits, so it's worth doing first.
04How many drafts do I get?
You'll see several layouts showing how your product and copy fit the size. Just pick the one you like.
05Is copy included too?
Yes. Each draft includes your product and copy. Open one to move the product or change the copy.
