What are credits?
Credits measure how much you use Sellery. Each task uses a set number of credits, shown before you start. Credits are a usage allowance, not money — they can't be bought separately, transferred or cashed out.

The Free plan gives you 150 credits once, when you sign up. Paid plans: Starter US$12/month (800 credits), Pro US$29/month (2,000 credits), Max US$69/month (4,800 credits). Annual billing saves 20%.

Compare plans →Do unused credits roll over?
No. A fresh allowance starts each billing month, and credits left from the previous month expire. Annual plans also get their credits month by month.

How many credits does a task use?
It depends on the tool. The number is shown on the button before you start, and background removal is free.
- Tasks that fail because of an error on our side don't use credits
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We email you at least 30 days before any price increase.

How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime in Settings or through the Paddle portal linked in your receipt. You keep your plan and remaining credits until the end of the billing period.

Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, handles checkout, sales tax or VAT, invoices and refunds. Cards and other local payment methods are shown at checkout.

Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of a payment, if you haven't used the credits from that payment. Other cases are reviewed individually.

Upgrades apply immediately and Paddle charges the prorated difference. To downgrade, contact support; the change takes effect at your next renewal.
